Mr. Vinod Tiwari (aka Vinod Manu)

Mr. Tiwari is an Entrepreneur BE, BCA, Founder Director of ‘Hi 5 CDC’. He has worked as a Musician, Singer, & Sound Engineer for 12 years. Later he set-up a  Music and Electronics Business. During this period, he got introduced to the special needs world. This was a turning point in his life; he decided to close all the other businesses to set up ‘Hi 5 CDC’, a rehabilitation center for special needs with a holistic approach, along with his friend Ms.Jasmeet. Later in 2013, they together established ‘NCDRF’, an NGO to work on the field of special needs.

For over 13 years, Mr. Tiwari has professionally worked with children with challenges. He is a Certified International Yoga Teacher, and Certified Aquatic and Hallewick Practitioner. He is also Trained and Certified in Reflex Integration Methodology, RMTi and Bal-A-Vis-X.

He has an innate ability to identify the talent of a child. Being a musician by heart and his passion for working with children gave him an added advantage to motivate and connect with children and work with them to help achieve a child’s best potential. He always finds new ways to get the results in every child by amalgamating his years of training and by practicing various novel and traditional methods. Working for children with special needs is his passion and music always becomes the best tool for his work. For Mr. Tiwari sees passion in his profession, it is like creating new music everyday.

Ms. Jasmeet Arora

Author and founder of Hi 5 Child Development Center since 2011 working for children who are at risk or have neurological disorders like autism, cerebral palsy ADHD, dyslexia, etc. Also a trainer of Brain-gym 101 and 104 program, she is an avid learner and trainer. She has trained over 2000 + therapists and teachers through the organisation of various national and international workshops over the years. In 2013, together with Vinod Tiwari set up Namrata Child Development and Research Foundation, a non-profit organisation working for children with special needs Her educational background includes an MBA in Finance, Masters in Oracle, Counselling, and has worked internationally as an ERP Consultant, she brings to the platter a whole lot of business acumen along with a passion to bring change in the life of children with special needs. Awarded in2020, India Glorious Achievers Award an outstanding service for children with special needs. When not involved in these activities, she is often volunteering for a project where her services are needs. She would love to curl up with nice book and sip a hot cuppa of coffee.

Mrs. Neeti S. Nagarkar

Mrs. Nagarkar is a Professional Jolly Trainer and has trained 2000+ teachers. She holds a degree in Master of Science and is a practicing Early Childhood Educator. Also, she is a certified consultant for Handwriting Without Tears (USA). She received the ‘India Glorious Achievers Award’ for the year 2020.

In the academic year 2017-18, she implemented the prestigious ‘Jolly Phonics Pilot Project’ in 33 Municipal schools of Akola city. Her ongoing works include the ‘Akola District Adoption’ program to be executed in all Zilla Parishad schools and a pilot project in Nurmahal Block, Jalandhar District, Punjab. She is the third trainer in India to start a Pilot Project.

Mrs. Nagarkar’s work is not limited to the Indian boundary, she has had overseas projects. In December 2018, she was a keynote speaker for training teachers in 40 schools of Khirdalan district in Azerbaijan and in 2019 she conducted the Jolly Phonics training for parents, teachers & special educators in Phensem Parents Support Group, Bhutan.
